At LastRun, we are committed to delivering your order in the best possible condition and within the timeframes outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. During this period, your device is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for dispatch. Please note that orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during high-demand periods may require additional processing time. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been successfully placed, and a second notification once your package has been dispatched.


Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has left our facility, the estimated delivery time is between 15 and 20 business days, depending on your location and local postal service conditions. Please allow for the full delivery window before contacting our support team regarding the status of your order.

The total estimated time from the date of purchase to delivery at your door is between 16 and 23 business days.

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, national holidays in the destination country, or carrier delays, may occasionally extend these timeframes.


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no hidden fees or surcharges applied at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time. We recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you do not receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order.

If you experience any difficulties accessing your tracking information, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team and we will assist you promptly.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your package has not arrived within 30 days of the dispatch date, or if your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the matter and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Please retain any photographic evidence of damaged packaging or products, as this may be required to process your claim.


Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

LastRun ships internationally and the majority of orders arrive without additional charges. However, depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees upon arrival. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. LastRun is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

We recommend consulting your country's customs regulations prior to placing your order if you have any concerns regarding potential import fees.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. LastRun cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
